Prudential Associates’ Chief Executive Officer, Jared Stern, is a 35-year veteran of investigative, security, risk management, and intelligence acquisition operations. Mr. Stern is also a certified computer forensic examiner and has been called upon to testify as a digital forensics expert in numerous court cases at the local, state, and federal levels. As a certified private investigator and investigative agency license holder, Mr. Stern has also testified in court as a Fact Witness on more than 500 occasions.

After being recruited by founder Robert Miller in 1994 to manage surveillance and investigative services, Mr. Stern rapidly took on greater responsibilities until he was promoted to company president in 2000. As president, Mr. Stern broadened the company’s offerings by leveraging his global experience conducting various risk management and intelligence acquisition operations. In 2014, he became a certified digital forensic examiner, subsequently obtaining several relevant professional certifications. In 2021, Mr. Stern moved to the role of company CEO.

Having provided international consulting, operational planning, and risk management services to countless foreign governments and corporate clients, Mr. Stern has acquired a vast amount of professional experience, including:

  • Trained military and law enforcement personnel in the fundamentals of protecting persons and property during natural disasters, civil disturbances, public demonstrations, labor disputes and/or workplace violence, as well as during high-profile corporate events.
  • Directed aircrew, maritime personnel, and staff training programs pertaining to force protection, counterterrorism, terror-tactics recognition, firearm usage, self-defense, survival, fire safety, executive protection, etc.
  • Provided international consulting, with peripheral roles in intelligence and law enforcement operations, for 25 domestic and overseas projects.
  • Participated in teams involved in reconnaissance planning, surveillance, asset recovery, and corporate intelligence acquisition operations.
  • Acted as an industry consultant on matters concerning risk management, crisis management, contingency planning, intelligence acquisition, investigations, and technical solutions.
  • Served as a media consultant and subject matter contributor on topics such as: clandestine warfare operations; counter-terrorism; specialized military and intelligence operations relating to terrorism; U.S. Military actions in Iraq and Afghanistan; and, specialized munitions deployment and effects.
